Our company is located in the base of China Optics - Changchun and is in the China-Russia Science & Technology Park which was selected as one of the first batch of "China International United Research Centers" by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Bureau of Foreign Experts. Our company was established in March, 2003. We now have dozens of prominent experts who are dedicated to the fields of Optics and Precision Mechanism and Electronics. Our Teams are dedicated to pursuing Excellence and are concentrated on the research of laser technology's applications in the Medical field. We have developed Laser Therapy Instruments that can be applied to Cosmetology, Skin, Surgery, Otolaryngology, Stomatology and Gynaecology industries. The price performance ratio is much higher than that of other same kinds of imported laser instruments. We have occupied 40% of the total market share in China. Meanwhile, 30% of our products have been exported to different countries and regions worldwide. We have already been the most powerful Medical Laser Therapy Instrument Supplier under the mission of "People orientated, technology primary".

All of our products have independent intellectual property rights and we have declared more than 10 patent rights. We have set up our R&D center, whose research field covers laser technology, corollary equipment optical, mechanical and electronic integration, etc. The core components, such as lasers, laser power supplies and control systems, are developed by our own R&D center. We are the only enterprise in China that can manufacture all components and spare parts needed.

We were approved by ISO9001:2008 and ISO13485:2003. We are always complying with International Quality System requirements during the processes of manufacture and management. All the products manufactured by our company are approved by SFDA. At present, we are also in the process of applying for CE certification.
